Experienced Coaching Professional

Laticia R. Little has 15 years of service within the Federal Government and over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Communications.  One capstone of her career in marketing was receiving the prestigious award of Air Force Materiel Command Marketing Department of the Year during her time as Marketing Director at Kirtland AFB.    In her position as Center Director at Robins AFB, she was recognized for leading her team to successful completion of the biannual installation wide Unit Compliance Inspection.  She also received several awards for Civilian of the Quarter at the Squadron and Group levels.
She currently serves as a Program Analyst in the Region 4 PBS Office of the Chief of Staff where she created and implemented the regional Coaching and Mentoring programs earning her recognition as a finalist in the Federal Executive Board Employee of the Year Award Program.  She went on to expand her coaching program to include team conflict coaching helping teams within her region to become high-performing teams of excellence.  Prior to her years with the Federal government, Laticia worked as Professional Development Trainer, On-Air personality and Account Executive for Channel Radio, and Marketing Director for a non-profit organization.  Laticia is a proven leader and an innovator in both public and private sector.  Laticia possesses a B.S. in Communication from Middle Georgia State University, a Master’s of Metaphysical Science and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Divinity through the University of Sedona.  Laticia obtained her first coaching certification through Life Catalyst Institute. She went on to add additional coaching certification focused on both individual and Corporate leadership coaching through Coach U, Inc.  She is currently a member of the International Coaching Federation where she is currently pursuing credentials as a master coach.  Laticia is a certified Personality Assessment Administrator, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Mediator, Facilitator and Trainer.  She has also earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion through Cornell University.  Laticia has used her skills as a mediator and coach to facilitate a program she created called “Conscious Conversations” where people from diverse backgrounds meet to discuss the issues surrounding race in America. 
In January 2020, Laticia became the founder and Spiritual Director of Spirit Led Life Learning Center where she teaches courses on spirituality, meditation practices and healing. She has published 2 books on Spiritual growth and development with 2 additional books awaiting publishing.  She also brings her coaching skills into the realm of spirit as a personal transformation coach.  She is a Level II Reiki Master and ordained minister.  Laticia has a passion for cultivating peace, harmony, love and joy in the world.   
Laticia feels blessed to have lived and traveled to areas throughout the world.  Her travels exposed her to people of different cultures and backgrounds; helping to reinforce her belief that at our core, we are all the same.  She has a passion for bringing this awareness to the world.
